Customers
For order issues, payments, or account access, open the Sendo app and use the in-app help or order details screen. Many questions are answered in our FAQ.
Merchants
For menu updates, payouts, or tablet and POS questions, sign in to your merchant dashboard or partner tools. Include your store name and order IDs when you write to support so we can respond faster.
Couriers
For onboarding, documents, or trip issues, use the courier app help section or contact courier support through the channels shown in your market.
Safety
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. To report a safety concern related to Sendo, contact support@sendo.express with as much detail as you can share.
